Please note that I am not immediately available for mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, violent urges, or require urgent medical or psychiatric assistance, it is essential to take immediate action. You can do any of the following:

Call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

Reach out to a crisis line such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 or texting TALK to 741741. The Lifeline website also provides information on local Crisis Centers near you.

If you are a Veteran, service member, National Guard, Reserve member, or a family member supporting them, you can contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 and press 1 at the prompt or text 838255.
