Please Read: Acknowledgment of Out-Of-Network Status

Before proceeding, please acknowledge that I do not accept insurance. My fees range from $275 to $350, depending on the length of the session. Payment is required at the beginning of each session. If you have out-of-network benefits, you have the option to independently submit an invoice or Superbill to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. For more details regarding your out-of-network benefits, please consult with your insurance carrier.
